First of all, I’d like to say that I’ve really enjoyed my working here with all of you. However, I think it’s about time for me to leave. When you see this letter, it is the time for me to say good-bye. Needless to say, after several years working together, this decision is not an easy one. It will be appreciated to make my resignation effective on 8/March, 20xx.
I’m quitting because I don’t want to be stuck in a rut. I want to move on and try something different. I would like to change an environment to expand my horizons and have a chance to get ahead, for me and my family.
Time passed so fast, I’ve been here and served WS for almost half and four years without notice. I feel very lucky and proud to have grown up with our WS team.
